The question is how can you NOT love this guy?  He’s got two (three?) adorable kids, he’s a great cook, has a super background, he started Fifteen – heck he even tried to get the fattest place in America to skinny up.  And, even with all that, AND with this super cute photo of him and a pig, I still just found a recipe on his website for Buttermilk Bacon Scones.

His cookbooks are great and span a career of, so far ,20 years.  I really like his early “Naked Chef” books but his newer ones have a lot more information to offer.  How to get people to cook more.  Travel more.  Spend less.  How many causes can one super-cool, moped-riding, father of three take on?
