Smitten Kitchen PancakesI’ve been a Smitten Kitchener since before Julie and Julia, before Joy, before cake pops were a thing (and gone again) and before cocktails became super duper trendy again (I loooove that one!). Deb Perelman has a very basic website with a whole host of outstanding recipes, great photos, neat stories, and it sounds like she’s got a pretty good thing going with her sous-chef-dish-washing husband. Who, incidentally, is NOT her photographer. She does it all herself. Rockstar.

You’ve probably already discovered Smitten Kitchen. The question is why you don’t use the website more often?
